I’m planning to use ‘winter’ as the theme for my poetry unit, which I’ve deliberately left until the last week of term, before Christmas!
These websites have poems on the theme of winter. I haven’t had a close look at them yet to check how useful they will be:

There are a few websites that I’ve found which allow you to quickly create art in the style of a famous artist.
Picasso style head: http://www.mrpicassohead.com/canvas.html
Vincent van Gogh style landscape: http://www.ngfl-cymru.org.uk/vtc/landscape_van_gogh/eng/Introduction/default.htm
My class also enjoy using these websites to create patterns.
